60 Days of Coaching to Help You Prepare for the Planning Process
Mark Albertson, a professional who focuses on assisting parents of special needs children, offers a unique 60 day program of email and telephone coaching, that helps to prepare you to complete the financial and legal work needed in a special needs plan. During our coaching, we will, through the use of worksheets, telephone discussions and email correspondence, help you to answer the questions listed above. Depending upon your unique needs and questions, I will help you:
- Understand your current financial situation, and the principals of becoming debt-free so that you will have the financial basis to move forward.
- Be connected with a financial advisor in your area who understands special needs planning. I will brief the planner on your needs and review any proposals the financial planner may make.
- Calculate the lifetime expenses of your child, and create an estimated lifetime needs spreadsheet for planning purposes
- Calculate the needs for life insurance, review with you the various products available and come up with an estimate for you to use in working with a life insurance agent.
- Help you find a good life insurance agent who understands special needs planning
- Review any recommendations a life insurance agent may make for you
- Assist you to put together a letter of intent for your child
